 How did the partnership evolve between the SC and CE communities? The initial catalyst leading to the CE and SC partnering effort occurred in Nov 98 when AF/SC tasked the Air Force Communications Agency (AFCA) with exploring how the Communications and Information field could share base-level infrastructure knowledge with the Civil Engineer (CE). The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) served as the CE POC and the initial meeting between AFCA and AFCEE representatives took place in early Dec 98. Lt. Col. Cullis from IITA was invited to serve as a facilitator at this initial meeting in San Antonio. The meeting led to IITA sponsoring the USAF GeoBase Partnering Conference at the USAF Academy in Feb 99 to discuss geospatial information resource management issues across a broader group of CE and SC members. « Return to FAQ List chwilowki pożyczki |
